We are a team of information designers, nutrition experts and illustrators committed to providing nutritionists and educators with highly effective nutrition education materials to help them improve the health of the folks in their communities.
About our Products
We offer a unique family of nutrition education products that make it fun to explore healthy foods and learn how to maintain a healthy diet. They are colorful and attractive and offer information in line with the Choose My Plate recommendations.

It has been shown that interactive materials enhance learning, so we designed a number of our products to include moving parts.
Customization
We offer free full color customization with orders of 2,500 pieces per item. Send us logos, statements, etc. and we will provide a proof for your approval.

Sole Source
All the products we offer are “Sole Source”, meaning they are designed, produced and available for purchase only from us.
Ordering Information
Ordering with a Purchase Order
Email Purchase Orders to info@myplatematerials.com Upon receipt, we will ship your order and email you an Invoice. Terms are Net 30 Days. Be sure to include a street address and a contact name.
Have us Added as a Vendor
We welcome the opportunity to become an approved vendor with your organization! Email your requests for our W-9 form and Sole Source Letter and send us forms that need to be completed
